LOYALTY PROGRAM – RULES
1. Loyalty program is directed to the Vilnius Hotel Guests.
2. After 10 nights in the hotel ( hotel nights must be completed within a maximum of 10 months) guest has a possibility to buy for 1 PLN a voucher worth 150 PLN.
3. The program counts nights realized by the Guest, not by accompanying persons living in other rooms.
4. The voucher is not transferable and is valid for three months from the date of issue.
5. The voucher can be used for the following services:
• Accommodation – the voucher must be submitted in the reception desk before settlement of the stay
• Restaurant – the voucher must be presented in the Restaurant before making an order and submitted before settlement
• SPA – the voucher must be presented before the treatment and submitted before settlement
6. The voucher is indivisible and can be used only for one service.
7. The voucher is not exchangeable for the cash.
8. If the value of services is lower than the value of a voucher - the rest in cash is not returned.
